Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pinrang

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan sampel seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 56 orang dengan metode Metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara serta observasi. Survei dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan, yaitu pada bulan Februari-April 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai
